In addition to custom residential design work, Jeff Stone Associates has also consulted for many homeowners associations in San Diego County. This service has ranged from occasional walk-throughs with the landscape committee to full-scale landscape renovations. As condominium and townhouse projects age, associations are presented with a variety of landscape problems caused by poor original design, haphazard maintenance practices, trees and shrubs that are too big for their spaces, irrigation and drainage problems, and a generally tired look. Jeff is familiar with these problems and can suggest treatments that can solve them and update the look and feel of common area landscapes.
